On 2 separate occasions when me and my boyfriend's car battery died, Angelo's Towing arrived within 20 minutes of calling for their service. Both employees were very professional and extremely helpful (masks were worn as well for covid-19). We were both able to have our batteries replaced and everything was completed in 30 minutes. I called AAA and Taisir from Angelo's was there in 10 short minutes. He knew exactly what he was doing. My car requires that the wheel be removed to change the battery and in less that a half hour he had the wheel off, a new battery in and the wheel back on! Very professional and friendly. Bahaa was able to get to my house, change my battery, and I was on my all within 30 minutes! He had excellent customer service and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't make it seem like he was rushed at all and took his time and was very patient. I was constantly informed by the employees in the office about my driver and when he would arrive and they also called again just to make sure everything went well. I would 10/10 recommend!
