Our large work truck was stuck in the mud in south San Diego and we could not find a company that would help us. Angelo's was SO helpful!!! They were efficient, responsive, reasonably priced, and so nice. They talked us through everything and stayed in contact with us for days through the rains until we could get our rig out. I am blown away by their customer service! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Angelo's was great! Anthony was amazing if I could give him 5 stars a million times I would. So kind and helpful, and went out of his way to help me and make sure I was okay. Very grateful for his kindness and generosity.

Ibrahim was very patient and willing to help with anything I needed after running over a metal object on the freest damaging two tires leaving me stranded.stranded in Gaslamp is never fun after pulling off freeway worrying about getting home safe.

Kudos to Ibrahim for being such genuine willing worker and helping me out.

Car wouldn't start in driveway. Called AAA and told them to replace battery. The guy they sent out refused. Next time it happened I called AAA and they finally sent someone who would listen to me. Thank you Alfred at Angelo's for replacing my Honda Fit battery! They said they would be there by 2:50 and the battery was I stalled and I was on the road by 2:50. Not sure why they are getting all the negative reviews. This place offers stellar service! Thank you Alfred!

Five stars for the guy who just changed my flat tire on the side of the 805 N & jumped my battery after 3 hours of waiting. I don't think the wait was their fault–I blame AAA for that nonsense. These guys who show up and do the work are legit, and ballsy as hell. I was terrified being so close to cars going 70+ mph, and he made the work look easy.

Btw people, if you see a tow truck in the shoulder close to the traffic lane, give them some space! So many cars just cruising in the right lane acting like there weren't people on the side of the road…unbelievable.

Ok, so we ALL know how bad it sucks to breakdown, add to that, it's late, I'm a women and there is no lights. I was freaked!!! I called AAA and they dispatched Jay to my rescue He called me immediately and told me he would be right there. He kept in contact and continued to give me updates until the minute he got there! Once he arrived, he was friendly and efficient and had my car up and ready to roll in minutes, all while chatting and putting me at ease. He got me and my car home quickly and safely. Idk if you can request him but if you find yourself in this position, I hope they send Jay to your rescue!!!!

Car battery unfortunately died yesterday and this company did an amazing job assisting!! Thank you to Billy for installing the new battery and the 2 associates that helped me over the phone. Highly recommended

I got locked out of my car and it turned out my keys were not in my car. ALFRED in the san diego area was AMAZiNG!! He went way above and beyond to make sure I got a locksmith to get a key made immediately. The most stress free experience, when I thought my whole day would be ruined. The most helpful automotive situation I've ever been in. ALFRED is your man, no matter the trouble!!

Anthony was amazing!

He found me struggling at a gas station, trying to pump air into one of my tires. He offered to help and I was able to get back on the road safely thanks to him. I was freaking out because I didn't know how to use the air machine. Even though it's quite beat up, Anthony worked it like a champ. I'm so thankful for him and his kindness!

I have had exceptional service with Angelos through AAA for jumpstarts and ultimately a battery replacement. All competent guys and swift for time to respond.

I also want to give a huge shout-out to Alfred in particular who provided great advice and care with my car. He's amazing at what he does and communicates!!

My problem was a flat tire in the parking garage of my doctor's office. AAA sent Angelo's towing to help me. The tow truck driver, Jesus, was kind, helpful, professional, and courteous. He arrived in a timely manner. He patiently answered my questions about what services he could provide. He even offered to put on a mask if it made me more comfortable. His professionalism made an aggravating situation much easier to deal with. I would recommend Angelo's Towing.

I'm not sure which SEDKEY is from, there are 4 locations! We needed Triple A and He called us, to say the approximate arrival time. He was reliable and prompt. He also explained a symbol on the dashboard that we weren't sure about. SEDKEY was informative, professional and got us rolling again. Highly Recommend!

I highly recommend Angelo's towing. They came within a half hour of calling them. Brayan, the mechanic that they sent out was efficient, knowledgeable and extremely polite.

A few nights ago I had to have my car towed. I was rear ended on freeway. Dustin my tow truck driver was awesome and very helpful. I appreciate his kindness and just want to say thank you to him.

Called for a Tow, but was the receptionist helped me get the number for the Oceanside location. (So this review is for the one in Oceanside)
Got a Tow on 03/04/2022 around 10PM'ish because I was having battery/start issues. ()

The Tow guy Rani was super chill and helpful. (_) He called to confirm the location and informed us he was on his way. Rani helped jump start my car only to find out that my starter was bad. (Had a feeling it was the starter as well…) *SAD FACE*().* Rani also made sure my car wouldn't be scratched up because it was lowered, so adjusted the towing accordingly.

The receptionist lady (So sorry, we forgot your name!) was also kind when she was on the call with my wife! (･･`) Gave us an estimated time frame about an hour'ish. The payment was reasonable and not overcharged/priced! Thanks again, would recommend this company! 11/10!!! (^^)
